What the Waitlist Is
My waitlist is currently more of an interest list than a traditional paid reservation list. Families join by filling out my form or by chatting with me directly. This helps me understand what you’re hoping for in a Pomsky — both in temperament and in looks — so I can guide you toward the right puppy when the time comes.

What You Can Expect When You Join
Once you’re on my interest list, I keep you updated throughout the entire journey, including:
  • The girls’ seasons
  • Mating success
  • Pregnancy confirmations
  • Labour announcements
  • Weekly puppy updates once the litter arrives
  • These updates help you feel involved and connected long before puppy picks begin.

How Puppy Matching Works
Puppy matching is based on:
  • Temperament
  • Suitability for your lifestyle
  • What you’ve told me you’re hoping for
  • The puppy’s individual needs
  • I always prioritise the wellbeing of the puppies and aim to match each one to the home where they will thrive.

Why I’m Considering Deposits
I’ve always tried to keep things simple and flexible, which is why I haven’t taken deposits up front. However, as interest has grown, so has the number of people who follow every update, ask for detailed information, and then disappear without a word.This can mean:
  • Hours of communication that leads nowhere
  • Delays for genuine families waiting for information
  • Emotional investment on my side that isn’t always reciprocated
Because of this, I am considering moving to a deposit-based waitlist in the future. 

This would mean:
  • A small, non‑refundable deposit to join the official waitlist
  • Puppy picks/matches done in the order deposits are received
  • Only genuinely committed families receiving ongoing updates
For now, I am continuing with my current system — but I want to be transparent that changes may be coming to ensure fairness for everyone and to protect my time and energy.

Respectful Communication
I completely understand that circumstances change, and not everyone will be ready for a puppy when they first enquire. All I ask is that you let me know if you no longer wish to remain on the list. A simple message goes a long way and helps me keep things running smoothly for everyone.
